As we use natural leather, each item has a unique grain pattern and shape. If the product is not as you expected, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused. Please contact info@ba2.works within 14 days of receiving your product. Click here for more details.

 

I haven't received my order confirmation email.

・If you purchased with Apple Pay, the email address registered when you set up Apple Pay (e.g., ××@icloud.com) is likely the default. Please check your iCloud email address.
・Otherwise, the email may have been sent to your spam folder.
