Shipping Policy

Products are delivered by Sagawa Express.
Standard shipping is 700 yen, and orders over 30,000 yen qualify for free shipping.
For Okinawa and remote islands, shipping is 2,500 yen, and orders over 20,000 yen have a shipping fee of 1,500 yen.

Deliveries are limited to domestic addresses.
Orders placed by 10 AM will be shipped the same day.
Shipping may vary depending on product stock and credit card authorization status. Additionally, an extra processing time may be required after weekends or holidays.

Deliveries to remote islands and other distant areas may take a few extra days. Please check the delivery status on the Sagawa Express website or similar as needed.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Each order can only be shipped to one address.
If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address. 

Tracking Your Package

For shipped packages, please check the tracking number and the link to confirm it, which will be provided in an email.

Refusal to Receive

While we take the utmost care with deliveries, in the unlikely event that you find any dirt or damage to the product, please contact our customer service.
