Return Policy

 

Shoes can be returned within 14 days from the product shipment date, provided they are unused, with the customer responsible for shipping costs.

*Returns are conditional on the product being in the same condition as when delivered (items worn outdoors are not considered unused).

*When returning products, please include all items that were originally packaged with the product:

Shoe box
Product tags
Accessories (e.g., decorations)

If your request falls within our return policy, we will accept returns or exchanges. We will arrange for the return shipment of the product, so please feel free to contact us.
